Upcoming Events at Lakewold

Listen to Coyote's Story ahead of the exhibition, "Coyote Rising from the Ashes," opening June 24th

Our second exhibit, Coyote Rising From the Ashes, features the extraordinary spirit animals that inhabit our world, giving us protection, resilience, and encouragement to overcome all obstacles. Coyote, the artist, and Muckleshoot tribe member, encourages gentle touching of his work. This is appropriate because Coyote was blinded in a tragic accident in 2020. Coyote retaught himself to paint and rose from the ashes with the help of his spirit animal. Listen to the extraordinary podcast here for greater understanding of healing and growth.

*Coyote Rising from the Ashes is open every day Lakewold is open to the public except during private events. If you want to see this exhibit, please call ahead for more information.*
