Volunteer Garden Work Party

We need volunteers on Saturday the 27th from 1:00 to 3:00 pm to help with invasive species removal and seasonal garden maintenance. Anyone can join in and kids are welcome! This is the perfect opportunity to get to know Lakewold and try out volunteering.
This is on hands and knees, pulling and bagging yellow archangel, a plant on the noxious weed list. Work involves bending, kneeling, pulling, & use of a garden fork.
We supply all needed tools and supplies, including gloves, snacks, and hot and cold beverages. Please bring a refillable water bottle, wear clothes you can get dirty and sturdy shoes.
