Group Tours:

Lakewold Gardens group tours feature all areas of our historic property over the course of an hour, and are led by our trained volunteer docents who are eager to answer your every query! Tours are available on Thursdays during Spring & Summer hours. For groups larger than 15, it may be possible to schedule a tour on other days of the week. Please reach out to see if this may be accommodated.

Tour Rates:

Groups of 5-15 guests, one docent: $225

Groups of 16-30 guests, two docents: $300

Groups larger than 30 guests, three docents*: $400

Coffee in the Gardens:

A special favorite of many of our guests, and a lovely way to experience the peaceful environment of the Gardens (even in seasons of potential inclement weather). We provide complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and light refreshments, while guests receive a presentation by a trained docent featuring the highlights & history of Lakewold Gardens. We can accommodate up to 30 guests for Coffee in the Gardens.

Coffee and Chat Rates:

$12 (Seniors, Military/Veterans, and Students)

$15 (All Others)

*Children age 5 and younger receive complimentary admission.

Upon booking either a tour or Coffee in the Gardens, a refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is due to reserve your tour or Coffee. Cancellation or rebooking is allowed prior to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour, with a full refund. Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled tour will yield a 50% refund of deposit. Rebooking within 24 hours of the scheduled tour/Coffee will yield a $25 rebooking fee. These policies allow us to be adequately prepared for your arrival, supply food & drink for Coffee in the Gardens, and to provide quality training for our docents. We thank you for your understanding!

All tour & Coffee in the Gardens guests are eligible for a 10% discount on regular-priced merchandise at The Garden Shop. Tour guests are eligible for discounted Coffee in the Gardens tickets ($10 per individual). Coffee in the Gardens must be booked in advance, so please let us know if you would like to add that to your tour. Coffee in the Gardens does not require an additional deposit when booked with a tour.

A note on accessibility and mobility-limited guests: a large part of the Garden and Wagner House is accessible to persons in a wheelchair. We also have one wheelchair available on-site for your use. Please let us know at the time of booking if you may need this service, which we provide free of charge.
